Notes: Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% state sales tax (unless you are exempt). Each sympathy kit includes large cards with matching envelopes and small cards with matching envelopes. The large kits contain 150 large cards and 150 small cards. The small kit contains 25 large cards and 25 small cards. All printing is on white stock. All orders are final and take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

Please note: As part of each order, you must fill out, sign, mail, or fax the Copyright/Trademark waiver to the number on the Contact Us page. Hero to Hero, Inc. can not process an order without first receiving your signed copyright waiver. If mailing, please mail the waiver to the address on the form.
