  • Where is my order?

    • We send orders 1-2 days after being placed. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days please contact us on help@herotohero.com

  • How can I see my order?

    If you loggin to My Account at www.herotohero.com. There you can see your status

  • Can I track my order?

    If you choose standard delivery option it is not possible to track your order. Only orders with shipment UPS standard or UPS Express service chosen are traceable.

  • What is the lead time?

    Normally it takes around 4-6 working days to have the order delivered. Please note that in some remote area lead time might be longer.

  • My bracelet is to small/big. How do I exchange it?

    It is always possible to exchange to a smaller/bigger bracelet as long as the bracelet is in unused condition and 14days exchange right. Please contact us at via email at help@herotohero.com for further assistance.

  • How durable is the bracelet?

  • Can I work out, shower, swim and do other activities with the bracelet?

    Absolutely! You can do all sorts of activities. Just keep in mind that the bracelet can shrink 0.5-1 cm in contact with water.

  • Can it shrink?

    Yes if you use it in contact with water it can shrink 0.5-1 cm.

  • I am not satisfied with my bracelet. How can I return my purchase?

    Please contact us via email on help@herotohero.com for return of a purchase and we will further assist you. As we constantly strive for improvement, we would highly appreciate if you could specify the reason for the return.

  • What are my payment options??

    You can pay via invoice (only delivery in Norway, Denmark, Sweden & Finland), credit card, Klarna checkout or paypal. We use Klarnas and Dibs payment services and all card and personal details are dealt by Klarna and Dibs. We do not store any credit card details!

  • How do I pay my invoice?

    Payment of the invoice has to be done to Klarna.

  • Do you delivery to other countries than the Nordics?

    Yes we delivery outside of Scandinavia however payment is only possible via Dibs

  • I don’t know which size to order?

    Please measure with a measuring tape the smallest part of your wrist. Do not add or deduct any cm. The size you measure of your wrist is the size you should order.

  • Who can buy your bracelets?

    Anyone that support our everyday heroes and find our bracelets nice are welcome to purchase them. Many of our customers actively work in the professions our bracelets represent however majority are civilian.

  • I have a suggestion of a new model to be made. Where can I send it?

    Suggestions are always welcome. You can send us your proposals to info@herotohero.com Please keep in mind that bracelets are hand-made and we are limited in the production and can therefore not produce all suggestions we receive.

  • Do you make special orders? Does it cost extra?

    Yes we take special orders and it costs XXX EUR per bracelet. We will always send a photo of the special order prior to shipping it.
